I created ClimateSuccess.earth to bring my expertise in Customer Success and Customer Experience into working with organizations that are solving our climate crisis. My career has been defined by helping mission-driven organizations use technology to make the world a better place. I do my best work when serving customers and teams to lead them to empathetically work together as partners. Building quality customer experiences requires an understanding of today’s reality, the vision for tomorrow, and the tactical steps needed to guide all stakeholders through that journey.
My GTM and revenue expertise can be applied to any customer-focused organization that wants to improve their adoption, retention, and growth. I have also partnered with a group of talented experts at Team.ClimateSuccess.earth to collaborate on projects that can benefit from our broader set of experiences and expertise.
